Performers bios

HARRISON GREENBAUM
Harrison Greenbaum is one of the most in-demand performers in the country. “The hardest-working man in comedy” (NY Daily News and Time Out NY) and “a favorite young star on the comedy scene” (New York Times), Harrison has been featured on NBC’s America’s Got Talent and Last Comic Standing. One of Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch” and the winner of the Andy Kaufman Award, Harrison is one of the stars of The Illusionists: Direct from Broadway, the biggest selling magic show in the world; has performed at the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood and the Mystery Lounge in Boston; is the first magician to ever debut a magic show at the legendary improv space, the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, and the top comedy venue in the country, the Comedy Cellar; and successfully uses semi-colons. He is also a proud former camper and current counselor at Tannen’s Magic Camp in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

ELLIOTT ZIMET
Born and raised in the Bronx, Elliot Zimet found great inspiration in New York City’s rich culture of music and fashion. He has gone on to amaze audiences throughout the country from Madison Square Garden to the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. Elliot’s innovative approach provides audiences with mind-blowing magic featuring a unique blend of heart pumping illusions, exotic birds, mentalism, humor, audience interaction, and today’s hottest music. Television appearances include America’s Got Talent, Penn
& Teller Fool Us and on CBS The Early Show. Elliot has also toured the country with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He’s been a consultant on Fox TV’s Gotham and Romeo and Juliette on Broadway. Zimet has also entertained the world’s biggest celebrities.

MIKE BENT
By the time Mike Bent graduated from Emerson College, he was performing his original magic and comedy routines at clubs and colleges throughout the country. This led to a performance at the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival, and numerous television appearances on HBO, Showtime, ABC, NBC, CBS, Comedy Central and A&E. Mike has been teaching professional comedy writing at Emerson College for more than 25 years, the only college in the world where you can get a degree in Comedy Studies. It’s not unusual to watch a comedy show on television and see one of Mike’s former students listed in the credits. In 2009, Mike published his first book — The Everything Guide to
Comedy Writing. Mike has performed at The White House ten times, at the annual Easter Egg Roll, and has gotten to open for President Obama.

JOHN BUNDY & MORGAN
For over 25 years John Bundy and Morgan have dazzled audiences around the world with imaginative presentations of theatrical Illusion. Television credits include appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Rachael Ray Show. While on tour in China, Bundy and Morgan’s televised performances were seen by an estimated audience of one billion people. They received the 2016 award for Outstanding Illusionists by the Milbourne Christopher Foundation. This prestigious award is considered to be one of the top accolades awarded to magicians worldwide. John and Morgan are honored to join David Copperfield and Siegfried and Roy as recipients. In 2010 Morgan was named “Escape Artist of the Year” on The World Magic Awards.

KEITH NELSON
Keith Nelson swallows swords, spins tops, juggles plates, balances glasses, and manipulates just about anything. In 1995 he co-founded Bindlestiff Family Cirkus, a national touring troupe and performing arts organization. Keith has toured with circuses, carnivals, and sideshows. He has also been featured on Late Night with David Letterman, the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and many others. From New York, to the Caribbean, to China, and across the United States, Keith has taught thousands of people to juggle and balance objects, and entertained millions more. http://www.bindlestiff.org

KRYSTYN LAMBERT
Krystyn Lambert is one of the most recognized females in magic. Between her extensive domestic and international television appearances, performances in Criss Angel’s live show, BeLIEve, on the Las Vegas Strip, and top billing on the hit magic touring show, The Supernaturalists, Krystyn has made her mark. After starring in the award-winning documentary, Make Believe, the U.S. State Department invited Krystyn to travel through Asia. She shared her passions for magic and philosophy, educating teens about critical thinking and personal goal setting. This dedication prompted Teen Vogue to name her one of the Four Youth Activists to Watch. The Academy of Magical Arts awarded the coveted Junior Achievement Award, proclaiming her “a magical ambassador throughout the world.”
